The West Indies and Australia have locked their horns for the last encounter of the 3-match Test series. Australia, with a 2-0 lead and the series in their pocket, named their power-packed line-up for the remaining assignment, which is a pink ball match. without showing any intention to make any experiments. Despite losing the series, West Indies stepped into Sabina Park with the intention to not let go of a single inch of the yard.

Apart from a couple of well-fought innings by Cameron Green (46) and Steve Smith (48), Australia was not able to make any positive impact on their scorecard with the bat. Travis Head played an unusually slow knock compared to his reputation as a hard-hitting batsman.

Australia found themselves in a difficult situation

After playing a 20-run knock against over 50 balls, Head decided to pull out a blistering shot. When Australia was at 189, he went for a big shot against Justin Greaves. The connection was not bad; the racing ball was about to cross the 30-yard circle when Phillips did the unthinkable. Head departed after making 20 runs off 53 deliveries.

Australia, batting first, scored 225 before losing all of their 10 wickets. In the process, for the West Indies, Shamar Joseph claimed 4 scalps with a 1.89 economy rate. Jayden Seales and Greaves bagged 3-wicket figures each. The surface of Sabina Park is not an easy one to bat relentlessly on. West Indies, already one down in their first innings, 16 runs on the board.
