Sanju Samson pulled off a stunner for the KCA Secretary XI in a game against KCA President XI. Samson was leading the Secretary XI against Sachin Baby’s President XI friendly T20 at Greenfield Stadium ahead of the Kerala Cricket League (KCL) 2025. The India wicketkeeper batter was stationed at the first slip as the left handed batter nicked one to the slips and he grabbed a one handed stunner.
Not only through fielding, Samson impressed everyone with his batting too. He scored a half century in the game which went down the wire. The fifty came at a crucial juncture as the squad for upcoming Asia Cup 2025 will be announced in less than a week’s time. Samson has given a chance for the selectors to ponder over his name at the meeting table.
