Star Indian batter KL Rahul was seen going out for dinner with his brother-in-law and Bollywood actor Ahan Shetty. The Karnataka cricketer is not part of India’s squad for the ongoing T20 World Cup 2026. He has not played in the T20 format for Team India since 2022.
On Wednesday, February 11, the two arrived at the venue together. They posed for pictures before going inside for dinner.

KL Rahul plays key role in Karnataka’s Ranji Trophy win
KL Rahul recently represented Karnataka in the 2025-26 Ranji Trophy quarterfinal against Mumbai. The match ended on February 9 at the Sharad Pawar Cricket Academy in Mumbai.
Mumbai decided to bat first but failed to put up a big total. They were bowled out for 120 runs in the first innings. Karnataka replied with 173 runs. Mayank Agarwal scored 92 runs, while Rahul made 28.
In the second innings, Mumbai bounced back well and scored 377 runs. They gave Karnataka a target of 325 runs. Rahul then stepped up in the final innings. He played a brilliant knock of 130 runs off 182 balls, hitting 14 fours and one six. Karnataka chased the target and won the match by four wickets. Karnataka will now play against Uttarakhand in the semi-final. The match will begin on February 15 in Lucknow.

Rahul to return in IPL 2026 with Delhi Capitals
After finishing his Ranji Trophy duties, Rahul will next play in IPL 2026. The new season will start on March 26. He will continue with the Delhi Capitals, who retained him for ₹14 crore.
In the 2025 IPL season, Rahul had a very good run. He scored 539 runs in 13 innings. His average was 53.90, and his strike rate was 149.72. He scored one hundred and three fifties. But the Delhi Capitals ended the season in fifth place and did not reach the playoffs.
So far in his IPL career, the 33-year-old has played 145 matches. He has scored 5,222 runs in 136 innings. His average stands at 46.21, and his strike rate is 136.02. He has registered 40 half-centuries and five centuries.
