The long wait for cricket fans has finally ended as Virat Kohli has returned to India after a four-month break, just in time for the upcoming series against Australia. His comeback has reignited excitement among supporters across the country.

Kohli was seen training intensely at the Optus Stadium in Perth, preparing himself for the big games ahead. From long batting sessions to focused fielding drills, the star batter looked determined to get back into rhythm before the series begins.

Despite the rigorous practice routine, Kohli’s trademark energy and enthusiasm remained unchanged. He was spotted sharing light moments and laughter with his teammates and support staff, showcasing the same lively spirit that has defined him throughout his career. His return not only boosts India’s lineup but also brings back the spark fans had been waiting for.

The Entertainer Kohli is Back:

Virat Kohli is not just admired for his exceptional batting but also for his lively presence on the field. The “King” is back, bringing both energy and entertainment. During practice sessions in Australia, Kohli was seen joking around and engaging with teammates, adding his trademark enthusiasm while maintaining his intense training routine.

The BCCI released the first official high-quality video on Friday (October 17), featuring Indian legends Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma’s return to training in Perth ahead of the three-match ODI series against Australia. The footage captured the duo walking onto the field, batting in the nets, and engaging in fielding drills.

It ended with heartwarming moments as they interacted with fans and signed autographs. This marked Kohli and Rohit’s first practice session with the Indian team since the 2025 Champions Trophy, following their retirement from Test cricket earlier this year and T20Is after lifting the World Cup.

As per ESPNcricinfo, Virat Kohli spent about 40 minutes batting in the nets, facing Arshdeep Singh, Harshit Rana, and local bowlers on a lively Perth pitch. Despite being challenged by a few short deliveries, he appeared calm and confident, consistently timing the ball well and finding the middle of the bat with ease.
