In an exciting match of the Delhi Premier League 2025, South Delhi Superstarz won a close game against New Delhi Tigers by 3 wickets by one ball remaining. After winning the toss, Superstarz chose to bowl first and faced a tough batting fight from the Tigers. New Delhi Tigers scored 196 runs for 9 wickets, thanks to good half-centuries by Dhruv Kaushik and Deepak Punia.

The Tigers lost two early wickets quickly Shivam Gupta scored 2 and captain Himmat Singh got out for 1. Dhruv Kaushik played well, scoring 65 runs from 41 balls. Parth Bali and Vaibhav Rawal added useful runs too. Deepak Punia was the star with a quick 54 runs from just 24 balls. For Superstarz, Aman Bharti took 3 important wickets and Vision Panchal took 1.

Chasing 197, Superstarz lost Kunwar Bidhuri early for 6 runs. Then Anmol Sharma steadied the innings with 79 runs from 52 balls. Ayush Badoni got out cheaply for 3, but Tejasvi Dahiya played a brilliant innings scoring 72 runs from 38 balls with lots of boundaries and sixes. Vision Panchal got out for 8 runs soon after. The match became very tense when the score was tied with 3 wickets down in the last over. Finally, Sumit Kumar Beniwal and Abhishek Khandelwal stayed calm and scored the winning runs in the last over thriller.
