In Match 10 of the 2025 Major League Cricket season, Texas Super Kings played San Francisco Unicorns at Grand Prairie Stadium, Texas. The Unicorns won the toss and decided to field first, and in spite of a hundred scored by Faf du Plessis in blazing fashion, they overran the target in dominating fashion to keep their unbeaten record intact in the tournament.

Batting first, Texas Super Kings scored a solid 198/5 in their 20 overs, thanks mainly to a spectacular 100 off 51 balls by captain Faf du Plessis. He was ably assisted by Saiteja Mukkamalla, who scored a rapid 38 off 24 balls, and Devon Conway added 23 off 23. Barring the barrage, San Francisco were able to take wickets at decent intervals—Xavier Bartlett (2/31 in 4) and Haris Rauf (2/34 in 4) were the pick of the bowlers.

Replying, the Unicorns were ruthless. Finn Allen carried on his hot streak, hammering 78 off 35 balls to take the chase by storm. Matthew Short, the captain, played the anchor's role to perfection, making 61 off 29 balls, while Jake Fraser-McGurk chipped in with a breezy 37 off 25 deliveries. The Unicorns chased the target within 16.1 overs, scoring 202/3. In spite of bowling attacks from Adam Milne (1/24), Mohammad Mohsin (1/29), and Daryl Mitchell (1/31), Texas couldn't stop the run flow.
