Aries Kollam Sailors (AKS) are set to battle Kochi Blue Tigers (KBT) in the Kerala Cricket League (KCL) 2025 final at the Greenfield International Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram, on Sunday, September 7. Led by Sachin Baby, the Sailors had a balanced campaign, finishing third in the league stage with five wins and five losses. They carried that momentum into the semi-final, where they produced a dominant performance against Thrissur Titans, winning by 10 wickets while chasing down a modest 87-run target inside just 9.5 overs.

On the other hand, Kochi Blue Tigers have been the standout team of the tournament, showcasing consistency and dominance throughout. Under Saly Samson’s leadership, they registered eight wins in ten matches and currently ride a six-match winning streak. Their semi-final clash saw them defend a competitive total of 187 against Calicut Globstars, sealing a 15-run victory. With both teams in form, this highly anticipated final promises an intense contest for the KCL 2025 crown.
