In a rain-reduced 7-over encounter at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, South Delhi Superstarz secured a comprehensive 8-wicket victory against Purani Dilli 6. Purani Dilli lost the toss and was put into bat and put up a challenging 133/3, thanks to some blistering hitting by Dev Lakra (85 off 23)* and a brisk 38 from Yug Gupta. For South Delhi Superstarz, Aman Bharti was the pick of the bowlers with figures of 2/17. In reply, South Delhi Superstarz captain Tejasvi Dahiya exploded with the bat with a whirlwind 69 off 21 balls with 9 sixes, while Anmol Sharma finished the game off with a quickfire 56 off 17 balls, as the South Delhi Superstarz chased the target in just 6.5 overs and remained in contention for playoffs.
