Match Detail

  • Match: East Delhi Riders vs Purani Dilli-6—Match 27, Delhi Premier League 2025
  • Location: Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi
  • Toss: Purani Dilli-6 (field)
  • Date: Tuesday, 19 August 2025

East Delhi Riders continued their great run in Match 27 of the DPL 2025 with a comprehensive win that solidified their place at the head of the table. Batting first, East Delhi Riders had a decent first innings courtesy of a fluent half-century from A. Rana and some late fireworks from A. Rawat. In response, the Outer Delhi Warriors struggled to get going as they remained bogged down from the start and fell victim to an accurate and fairly quickdisciplined bowling effort spearheaded by an experienced pace duo. This result not only brought East Delhi Riders two more points, but it also marginally improved their Net Run Rate and put pressure on the chasing teams as they push for a playoff position.
