The Delhi Premier League (DPL 2025) will continue with North Delhi Strikers (NDS) scheduled to meet East Delhi Riders (EDR), the table-toppers, in Match No. 31 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, NewDelhi on Saturday, August 23, at 2:00 PM IST. The Strikers have so far won three out of their seven matches (3/7) and are eager to make a move on the points table, whereas the Riders, with six victories in eight games (6/8), are sitting comfortably at the summit with an impressive net run rate.

The competition is a tight one and NDS will be hoping to derail the Riders' stable run and take the playoff race by the horns. EDR, in contrast, will be looking to keep their grip on the competition and secure their position at the top as the league moves on to the final stage.

NDS vs EDR: Head-to-Head

NDS and EDR have played against each other only twice in the past, and the former has never been able to defeat the latter, as the East Delhi Riders are in the lead with 2-0 wins.

NDS vs EDR: Pitch Report

The Arun Jaitley Stadium has a batting-friendly surface with small boundaries suitable for stroke makers. Bowlers will have to be sharp in the death overs, or they might leak runs. The side winning the toss is expected to bat first and set up a score to put pressure on the other side.
