The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the release of the invitation for interest in the national side’s sponsor rights. They have invited bids from the entities for acquiring the National Team Lead Sponsor Rights. The BCCI has issued an IEOI, which has offered the detailed terms and conditions governing the submission and evaluation of bids.

The Invitation for Expressed of Interest for National Team Lead Sponsor Rights (IEOI) will be made available on receipt of payment for a non-refundable fee of INR 500000, Indian Rupes of Five Lakh Only, along with the Goods and Services Tax as the last date for the purchase will be on September 12 and the last date to submit the documents will be on September 16.

“Bidders are requested to email the details of payment made for the purchase of the IEOI to sponsorship@bcci.tv as per the procedure laid down in ANNEXURE A. It is clarified that the IEOI documents shall be shared only upon the confirmation of payment of the non-refundable IEOI fee.The reports of the BCCI have been revealed in a statement.

For the purchasing entity, the payment will be of INR 500000 and 90 thousand rupees as the GT, for which the details of the bank account have also been given. For the foreign entity, the payment will be of USD five thousand six hundred seventy-five only for the Maharashtra Bank and the correspondent USA bank.

“Any bidder wishing to submit a bid is required to purchase the IEOI. However, only those satisfying the eligibility requirements set out in the IEOI, as laid down in ANNEXURE B, and subject to the other terms and conditions set out therein, shall be eligible to bid. It is clarified that merely purchasing the IEOI does not entitle any person to bid.The BCCI statement addressed.
