Actually, it happened during the recently concluded mega auction of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2026, which took place in Delhi with all five franchises- Mumbai Indians, Delhi Capitals, Royal Challengers Bengaluru, UP Warriorz, and Gujarat Giants- building their strong squad.

The 22-year-old is one of the rare batters on display in India’s domestic circuit.
