England vs Australia T20 World Cup

Cricket's most famous battle is the Ashes, with all its history (as evidenced by the two nations owning a combined 14 World Cup trophies) landing in the T20 World Cup and other ICC tournaments, this continuing tradition of competition between these two sides can be dated back to their first meeting in 1877. The most famous moment between them occurred when England beat Australia in the ICC 2010 T20 World Cup final (also known as Black Saturday) to win its first World Cup Title, while also adding to the ever-growing collection of historical moments in a historic battle between these sides.

As previously stated, since 2010, both teams have held the upper hand in ICC tournaments. England won the 2019 ODI World Cup, but in the following years, Australia has continued to dominate the cricketing world and win ICC tournaments in all three formats. In T20 cricket, both sides sit on equal ground, with 12 victories apiece from their 24 games, but two games have also been called no result.
